Search Google for your business name and city, while signed in, to open the Google Business Profile. If the listing exists and says Claim this business, claim it. If it does not exist, add it. Then choose Get verified. Google picks the method. You cannot switch it for fun.

How to verify your Google Business Profile
If there is no Reply button on your reviews, the listing is probably not verified, or you are signed in with the wrong Google account. Verification is how you take ownership of the Google Business Profile (still searched as Google My Business) and start answering.
Why it matters
Google will not let you edit hours, photos, or replies until the profile is verified. That is the whole point of the step. Without it, customers can still write. You cannot answer.
