Rosalía helps you start, answers your questions and sends sensitive replies for your approval. If a 2-star review needs context, an invoice needs resending or you want to cancel, you can handle it in the same WhatsApp conversation.

Benjamin created BabyRock Social to give independent businesses the consistency of a managed service without another tool to learn. Before AI, small businesses were forgotten by software companies that were focusing on big accounts. Now, AI is enabling small businesses to provide the same quality of service online. At BabyRock, AI makes the work efficient; people provide the judgment, quality control and accountability.
A person publishes. AI only drafts.
We use AI to prepare a first draft and to work across languages. Your customers are people, and so are you, so a person on our team checks the tone, the relevance and the quality, edits if needed, and publishes. AI never posts a reply on its own.
